Registration and Credentials

Writers, reporters, correspondents, editors, producers, photographers/camera crews, bloggers, influencers, content creators and YouTubers must apply online to receive media or influencer credentials and pre-register for HASCON. All requests are subject to Hasbro and show management approval.

All applications must be submitted no later than August 13, 2017 to be considered. All Media and Influencers will be notified by August 21, 2017 if they have received a credential.

Once media applications are approved, media will receive instructions for credential pick-up. Credentials are non-transferable.

HASCON On-Site Press Room

HASCON will provide an official Press Room space for working media and influencers to use as a home base during the show to draft articles for publication or to edit content. The Press Room is available exclusively for those with media or influencer credentials.

Online News Room

The official Hasbro online news room is the primary destination for media to source show news and brand assets before, during and after the event. Please visit http://newsroom.hasbro.com.

Show Floor Press Protocol

Media and Influencers must be mindful and respectful of all HASCON guests and staff, particularly when capturing photo or video content at the event. HASCON staff retains discretion to decline interviews, photos, or video in their exhibit spaces.

Camera crews must not block the flow of exhibit floor traffic for any extended period of time.

Panel and Events Seating

Attendees with media or influencer credentials will be provided priority access to General Admission Panels and Events on a first come first serve basis. This does not include VIP experiences.

Live Broadcasts, On-Site Events and Satellite Media Tours

All special requirements including live broadcasts, satellite feeds, cable and electrical hook ups must be arranged and pre-approved in writing with HASCON show management at least 48 hours prior to execution.
